Climate Change Grievance Redress Mechanism

Climate Change Grievance Redress Procedure

We are committed to ensuring that all climate resilience investments are transparent, inclusive, and accountable. If you have a concern regarding a FLLoCA-funded project, please follow the steps below

  • Step 1: Submit Your Grievance
You can lodge a complaint through any of the following accessible channels:
Online Form: Complete the digital form below (optimized for mobile and PC).
In-Person: Visit the CCU office Opposite KFA Building Nakuru at Department of Water, Environment, Energy, Climate Change, & Natural Resources Headquarters. Email: Send details of your concern to nakuruccugrm@gmail.com
  • Step 2: Acknowledgement & Tracking
Upon submission, you will receive a unique Grievance Tracking ID within 48 hours during the working days.
This ID allows you to monitor the status of your request in our Public Grievance Log below.
  • Step 3: Verification & Action
The CCU GRM Focal Person will investigate the matter, which may include a site visit or consultation with the relevant Ward Planning Committee.
We aim to provide an initial response or proposed resolution within 14 working days.
  • Step 4: Resolution & Closure
Once a resolution is reached, the status in the Public Log will be updated to “Resolved”.
We will contact you directly to ensure the outcome is satisfactory before officially closing the case.
