
Afraha Stadium’s Transformation Nears Completion

In a promising move to bolster the sporting landscape, a team of engineers from Sports Kenya and Athletics Kenya (AK) joined the City Management to inspect the ongoing refurbishment of Nakuru’s Afraha Stadium. This collaborative effort is set to transform the stadium into a cutting-edge facility that meets international standards.
The inspection focused on ensuring that the renovation work adhered to the highest quality standards, particularly regarding the stadium’s structural integrity, to provide a safe and secure environment for athletes and spectators. The City Board commended the joint efforts of Sports Kenya and Athletics Kenya, recognizing their dedication to improving sports infrastructure in the region.
