Roselyn is a social development and good governance professional. She managed development programs working on legislative development, democracy and governance, peace building and conflict management. She has held leadership roles with the USAID Kenya Parliamentary Program, and flagship devolution program, AHADI. She has also worked with PACT and Oxfam GB. Roselyn is one of the capacities behind the formation of the County Assemblies Forum (CAF), and served as its first ever Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
