County Budget Review and Outlook Paper
The County Budget Review and Outlook Paper (CBROP) is prepared pursuant to Section 118 of the Public Finance Management Act 2012. The CBROP presents the fiscal performance for the most recent Financial Year and how such performance affects financial objectives set out in that year’s County Fiscal Strategy Paper (CFSP) in addition to setting the preliminary budget ceilings for the subsequent budget process.
