Medium Term Debt Strategy Paper

County Medium Term Debt Strategy (MTDS) is prepared pursuant to Section 123 of the Public Finance Management Act 2012 section, to provide a statement setting out the County government debt management strategy over the medium-term. The strategy further informs on sources of County loans and liabilities, principal risks associated with such liabilities and assumptions underlaying the debt management strategy.
