Medium Term Debt Strategy
County Medium Term Debt Strategy (MTDS) is prepared pursuant to Section 123 of the Public Finance Management Act 2012 to provide a Statement setting out the County government debt management strategy over the medium-term. The Debt strategy includes: Total stock of debt as at the date of the statement; Sources of loans made to the county government; Principal risks associated with those loans; Assumptions underlying the debt management strategy and; An analysis of the sustainability of the amount of debt, both actual and potential.
