Annual Progress Reports

County Annual Progress Report (APR) is premised on Section 129 of the Public Finance Management ( County Governments) Regulations 2015 to further provide a framework for Monitoring and Reporting on non-financial performance. As an outcome of the County Integrated  Monitoring and Evaluation System (CIMES), the APR facilitates tracking of progress being made in the implementation of key policies, plans,  programmes and projects and further  provides updated information necessary for effective and efficient  decision making.
