Cabinet Reshuffle

Cabinet Reshuffle and Appointment of New Chief Officers.

Nakuru Governor H.E Lee Kinyanjui has today reshuffled his Cabinet and nominated new Chief Officers in order to enhance service delivery.

Dr.Peter Kiplang’at Ketyenya is the new County Executive Committee Member (CECM) for Finance and Economic Planning. Ketyenya held the Trade,Tourism and Cooperatives Docket before the changes made by the Governor.

Mr. Joseph Kiuna, who was the CECM for Finance and Planning,will now be in charge of the Education,ICT and e-Government Department.

Mr. Raymond Kimutai Komen moves from Education,ICT and e-Government to the Trade, Tourism and Cooperatives Department.

The changes take effect from March 25, 2019.

The Governor has also nominated the following Chief Officers and forwarded their names to the County Assembly for vetting:

1.Mr.Timothy Kiogora Muriithi -Chief Officer, Environment.

2.Mr.Hussein Mohammed Adan -Chief Officer, Trade and Tourism.

3.Mr.William Githua Migwe- Chief Officer, Youth and Sports.
