Chief Officers Gladys Kamuren and Stella Mwaura assume office

Ms Gladys Kamuren and Ms Stella Mwaura have today officially taken over the office of Chief Officers in their respective directorates. Gladys Kamuren will be in charge of Gender, Social Services & Inclusivity while Stella Mwaura takes over as CO Youth, Talent, Sports and Vocational Training.

During the handover from Ms Alice Gekonde who was in an acting capacity, the incoming Chief Officers thanked H.E Governor Susan Kihika for the appointment and promised to work towards serving and achieving the promise to the people of Nakuru.

They also met the top management team in the department and reiterated the importance of teamwork in ensuring better results and actualizing the agenda of H.E. the Governor efficiently and effectively.

CECM Gender, Sports and Social Services Ms Josephine Achieng welcomed the chief Officers and assured them of her support in the implementation of programs and projects that promote the agenda of youth, gender Inclusivity, sports and the vulnerable in the county.
