Nakuru County Builds A One-Stop Shop for all Services

The County Government of Nakuru has started construction of a one-stop shop that will function like huduma centre for all county government services.

Governor Lee Kinyanjui commissioned construction of the centre that will be housed in the new building being constructed at the county headquarters.

The Kshs.900 million building will be a city hall where all services will be under one roof and will house all county government departments.

Upon completion of 7-story building, residents will no longer have to move to different locations to get service.

Speaking during the event the Governor said the building will be compliant to the needs of persons with disabilities and has provision for water harvesting and natural lighting to reduce cost incurred in electricity and water bills.
